We are hiring a Head of Technology to lead engineering at Coopah.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on one core objective:
Rebuilding our engineering function for the AI era.
You will take full ownership of how we design, build, test, and ship software — moving us from traditional development toward AI-first, spec-driven, agentic workflows.
This is not about maintaining systems.
This is about building the infrastructure that allows a small, high-performing team + AI to move faster than traditional engineering teams.
